All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST where applicable.
Postage and handling is additional and will be added to your order at the checkout.
We only accept orders from Australia or New Zealand.
All orders will receive an email confirming that it has been received and a further email when your order has been shipped.
If you do not receive these emails please check your junk/spam folders as on some occasions that is where they unfortunately end up.
Credit Card - Visa Card or Master Card only
Credit card payments are processed manually after the order has been picked. This ensures you are only charged for available goods. You order will then be shipped as soon as the payment is cleared.
Alternatively if it makes you feel more comfortable you can phone us with your credit card details. If you choose to call us with your credit card details please select the 'direct deposit' option when completing your order. Our contact number for this option is 0409 122 954.
We accept payment directly into our Bank Account, either via Internet Banking or deposit at any St George Branch.
Please choose the Direct Deposit option at the checkout. You will find the Bank Account details on your order confirmation email.
Please note that your order will not be shipped until money has been cleared in our Bank Account, and it can take up to 2 working days to clear.
Orders placed and paid for on the weekend using this option do not appear in our Bank Account until Tuesday morning.
We also accept payment via PayPal. Please read the information below by PayPal for more information.
PayPal acts like a digital wallet where you can securely store all your payment options, such as your bank account and credit card. When you want to make a payment, you don't have to pull out your credit card or type your billing info every time.
Simply click on the PayPal checkout button, log in to your PayPal account, and select your preferred payment method. We'll complete the payment process—without sharing your info with merchants and sellers.
Out of Stock Products
All products are counted and manually added to the website with great care, however, on the very odd occasion they may be counted/entered incorrectly. If this happens to something you have ordered you will be refunded for that product.
If you are looking for a product that we do not stock please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help you.
Please contact us via email or phone within (5) five days of your invoice. All goods must be returned in their original packaging. We will pay for postage costs on returning faulty items.
Change of Mind
We have tried to provide you with high quality images and descriptions of our products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us either by phone
or email with (5) five days of your invoice and we will exchange them for something else. Please note, that all items returned to us must be unopened and in the original packaging.
For change of mind products, you will pay for all shipping costs.
Please note: As of the 31st March 2017 our Loyalty Club Points Program will cease regardless of the expiry date of the voucher.
If you have a voucher you will need to use it before this date. No vouchers will be accepted after 1159pm EST 31st March 2017.
Please be aware that if you have a voucher with a later expiry date it will not be valid after 31st March 2017. The program will not be continuing after this date.
This notation has been added to the Terms & Conditions on the 12th January 2017, allowing customers plenty of time to use the vouchers.
Registered customers of Scrapbook Supplies Online are automatically included in our Loyalty Club. We want to reward our loyal customers who shop with us on a regular basis.
So, for every dollar you spend (excluding postage) you will receive 1 point. Once you have reached 250 points you will be sent a voucher for $10 that you can redeem on your next order. It's that simple !
- $10 vouchers cannot be accumulated and are only valid
- Loyalty Club Points Total will be kept by owner of Scrapbook Supplies Online. You will be advised at the completion of each order of your current tally.
This can be found on the final email confirming that your order has been shipped to you.

When you place an order with Scrapbook Supplies Online your email address is automatically added to our mailing list. We send out e-newsletters periodically with the sole purpose of advising you of Sales, New Product arrivals, re-stocked products, and/or general information in regards to the website ie: maintenance down time, holiday shut downs.
Your email address or any personal information will not be shared with anyone ever. We take privacy seriously at Scrapbook Supplies Online. If at anytime you wish to opt out / unsubscribe from our newsletters you have two options. Firstly, on the bottom of each e-newsletter you will see the word "unsubscribe", you can click on that and you will be automatically removed from the mailing list. The other option is to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and ask to be removed from the mailing list and you email address will be removed immediately.
