'Tell a Friend' Promotion'
All you need to do is tell as many friends as
you can about Scrapbook Supplies Online When they make their first order
they will get 10% discount and then you will receive 10% discount from
your next order. All they have to do is put your full name in
the additional comments box at the checkout so we can make a note against
your details for your next order.
Your name MUST appear in the
additional comments box for this offer to be valid.

Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD)
and include the 10% GST where applicable. Postage and handling
is additional and will be added to your order at the checkout. For
further information on postage please check the Shipping Information. We try
to keep the prices competitive, however, at times and without prior
notice they may change.
Out of Stock Products
From time to time, some items in our
store may become temporarily unavailable. If stock you have ordered
is expected within 48 hours, your order will be held over and you will be
notified by email or phone and told of this delay.
If stock is not expected within
this time your order will be sent out as is and out of stock items will
have to be reordered by you. Sorry, we do not do back orders.
If there is a particular product that you
require and is either sold out or we don't stock it please contact us
and we will do our best to get it for you.
Refund Policy
Faulty items
Please contact us via
email or phone within (5) five days of your invoice. All goods must be
returned in their original packaging. We
will pay for postage costs on returning faulty items.
Change of Mind
We have tried to provide
you with high quality images and desciptions of our products. If you are
not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us either by
phone or email with (5) five days of your invoice and we will
exchange them for something else. Please note, that all items returned
to us must be unopened and in the original packaging. For change of mind
products, you will pay for all shipping costs.

Payment Options
Credit Card - Visa
Card or Master Card only
We manually process all
credit card payments to ensure all goods are available. Your order will
be shipped or delivered as soon payment has been received and cleared. We
will email you when the order has been received and processed and then
again when the order is ready to ship.
Alternatively you can phone, or email us your
credit card details. If you choose to phone or email us your credit card
details please select the 'direct deposit' option when completing your
order. Direct
Deposit
We accept payment directly into our Bank
Account. You can either pay via Net Banking or at any St
George Branch. If you choose to use this method of payment, please
select this option when completing your order, and we will then email
you all the required information that you need to make the
deposit.
Please note that your order will not be sent until money
has been cleared in our bank Account, and it can take up to 2 working
days to clear.
